UK Marriage Bureau is a decent Islamic matchmaking consultancy platform, not a dating or chatting service. Therefore, all your dealings should be for the serious purpose of marriage only.

Please read and understand all our terms and conditions properly before registration. Your registration indicates that you fully agree with all our terms and conditions.

Therefore, all your interactions should be for the serious purpose of marriage, so that the process of finding good matches becomes easier for everyone and honor and dignity remain intact.

• Matchmaking Process: We search among existing profiles to create matches.
• Time Duration: In normal registration fee, we are not bound to find a match quickly and there is no specified time period for it.
• Verifications: After registration, we verify and cross-check all the information provided by you to our satisfaction.
• Our Privacy Policy: We do not share any personal information or photos of our male/female clients on social media. All client information (name, address, photos, and documents) for verification purposes are limited to the bureau only and are not shared with any unrelated person without privacy policy and client's consent.

Please note that we require four things for registration. If any one of these is missing, we do not register the client:

• Candidate's Photos: At least two recent clear photos of the candidate without filters/makeup (Photos of veiled women are not shared with any family without their consent).
• Identity Verification: Photocopy of candidate's ID card/passport (Showing copy for address and age verification is mandatory, not giving it).
• Complete Profile: Complete registration form including candidate's personal and family details and all necessary requirements for the match. Click for Complete Registration Form
• Registration Fee: Complete payment of mutually agreed registration fee.

• Visit Charges: If our representative accompanies you on a family visit, you will pay him 5 thousand rupees plus pick and drop within Lahore city limits, and visit charges according to distance for city limits or outside Lahore.
• Benefits: Your home and family visit is beneficial for you as it helps in better matchmaking and also saves time from being wasted.
• Optional Service: Home and family visit is not a mandatory condition. Our team will visit your home only if you and we agree (whose charges will be separate from registration fee).

• Contact Number: If our representative is with you, never take the contact number of another family without his permission. If needed, we will give you the family's number ourselves.
• Keep Updated: If we give you a family's contact number, please inform us about every visit and progress so that trust is maintained and there is convenience in guiding you about another family when needed.
• Direct Contact: Avoid deliberate or unintentional attempts to go directly with any family introduced by us, bypassing us.
• Re-contact: If you reject a family after visiting them, you will not contact that family again without informing us. If you do so and also make a match there, you will be bound to pay our agreed fee plus penalty.
• Communication Method: Initially, the boy himself will not talk to the girl without our and the girl's family's permission. If there is any compulsion or necessity, inform us, it is our responsibility to find a solution. Better that male members of the boy's family talk to males and females talk to females from the girl's family, as is the way of respectable and family-oriented people.
• Investigation Responsibility: Complete responsibility of investigations regarding the match will be of both parties and the institution UK Marriage Bureau will not be responsible at all because the institution conducts investigations only for its own satisfaction. Therefore, do not finalize the match until you are satisfied.
• Reminder: After registration, may Allah grant you a match without delay, but if there is any delay due to any reason, please remind us once a week through call or WhatsApp message because we are also human beings, busyness and forgetfulness are also attached with us.

UK Marriage Bureau's normal advance fee in which the general duration for match search is one year. In case match is not finalized within one year, refund will be made under the following specific conditions.

Note: Form/registration fee or Buraaq Service advance fee (whether less or more) has no relation with the complete fee. This (advance charges) is only the (processing) fee for match search.

If you have shortage of time and want to finalize a match quickly, then you have to take our Buraaq (Emergency Service):

• Quick Match: Guarantee of match within fifteen (15) to ninety (90) days.
• Special Fee: Its registration fee is three times more than normal (but non-refundable).
• Detailed Review: Registration decision for Buraaq service is made after knowing client's complete details and required requirements.

• We are bound: If information provided by us turns out to be false (God forbid) and you break the match before wedding on this basis, then institution UK Marriage Bureau will be bound to arrange match again within paid registration and complete fee, and registration or complete fee will not be demanded from you at all.
• Ethical Principles: In case of any kind of immoral, un-Islamic and inappropriate behavior from your side with any family or lying, deceiving and cheating with UK Marriage Bureau, your registration can be canceled and legal action can be taken against you according to UK Marriage Bureau's terms and conditions.
• Agreement Compliance: Every Muslim (especially professionals) should be bound by their agreements, therefore institution (UK Marriage Bureau) is also guardian and bound by every agreement made with its clients, but if any matter is not settled in writing with you, then written conditions displayed in the institution's office will apply.
• Right to Change: Institution is fully authorized to change its charges and terms and conditions at any time, which cannot be challenged.
• Change in Requirements: If you make any change (decrease, increase) in your requirements mentioned at the time of registration, then our charges will also change (decrease or increase).
